Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swevo website at swevo.app, the accompanying mobile app, and any related services (together, "Swevo"). By using Swevo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. About Swevo
Swevo is a daily interview-prep tool. The website and mobile app are currently in pre-launch: features, pricing, and availability may change without notice as we continue to build the product. The "Notify me" form lets you join a waitlist for launch updates; it is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of future access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Swevo. If you use Swevo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts and waitlist
Account features (registration, sign-in, paid subscriptions) are not yet active on this website. While Swevo is in pre-launch, the only thing you can submit is a waitlist email. You're responsible for ensuring the email you submit is yours and accurate. When account features go live we will publish additional terms specific to accounts and billing, and notify waitlist subscribers by email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist without their permission;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Swevo system without prior written consent;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorised to access;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the site or app for the purpose of building a competing product;
- Use Swevo to break any applicable law or to harass, defame, or harm any person.
5. Intellectual property
Swevo, including its name, logo, content, copy, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may use Swevo for personal, non-commercial interview preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose Swevo's questions, study plans, or curriculum without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party services
Swevo relies on third-party services (for example, payment processing by Stripe once subscriptions launch, and email delivery for waitlist updates). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.
7. Disclaimers
Swevo is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you pass a particular interview. The questions, study plans, and AI coaching are aids — your interview outcomes depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swevo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Swevo at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You can stop using Swevo at any time and unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you by email. Continued use of Swevo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
